Championship: Huddersfield boss Mark Robins is not fazed by record against Leeds

Mark Robins: Not looking back

Robins was in charge of Barnsley during the 2010/11 season when the Tykes trounced Leeds 5-2 at Oakwell and followed that up with a 3-3 draw at Elland Road and oversaw Rotherham's 4-2 win over them in the Football League Trophy in October 2008.

"Don't say that too loudly," Robins said.

"We go there and this is the next experience of playing against Leeds.

"The last time I was there we drew 3-3 and it was an entertaining game and we won at Oakwell, but it was a long time ago under different circumstances.

"We know that they have got some good Championship experience in their ranks, undoubted quality, but it's about how we perform on the day."

Robins is anxious his side can find some consistency after just two wins in his first seven games in charge.

"There's been a buzz here in general with the change that's gone on over the last three or four weeks," he added.

"There's been a settling down period and we've had one or two good performances in that time and one or two that have been a bit under-par.

"But we go into a game that's a mouthwatering prospect for local people and also the players and management.

"It's certainly one you look forward to in the footballing calendar."
